If you encounter 'unable to proccess your request' error while accessing Student Portal, please clear your browser cache and start a new session.
To clear browser cache on IE, the steps are as follows:
1) Click on Tools -> Internet Options
2) Under Browsing History -> Click Delete
3) Click Delete
4) Once completed, Click on the button to close your browser
